Design for Manufacturability review for AU cold plate programmes. Channel-topology design and conjugate-heat-transfer CFD performed at Huizhou; Carlton coordinates the engagement in AEST/AEDT. Every RFQ is reviewed by an engineer, followed by a DFM session.
