Prepare a circulation package for an Australian or New Zealand cooling installation. Compare four TC-IPS references, then specify the pump curve, controls, maintenance access and interfaces for your actual loop.

A pump skid circulates coolant through a specified hydraulic circuit. It does not by itself reject the loop heat to outdoor air or separate facility water from a technology loop. Select the pump operating point and define the equipment boundary before using the catalogue loop-load reference.

Source: linked ToneCooling model datasheets. Catalogue values are references, not independently verified performance or a guarantee that every listed value applies at one simultaneous duty point. Confirm fluid, temperature, external pressure, electrical configuration, dimensions and mass basis in the accepted selection.
The 600–2000 kW figures identify catalogue loop references. They are not a pump-generated cooling capacity. Provide the required volume flow and the external pressure loss between named skid connections, including the fluid and temperature used in the calculation.
Show whether the skid belongs to the facility circuit, an outdoor heat-rejection loop or another defined circuit. Identify the heat exchanger and heat-rejection equipment elsewhere in the system. This prevents a circulation package from being mistaken for a complete CDU plant.
| Selection item | Input or reference | Required confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Hydraulic point | Flow, external differential pressure, fluid concentration and operating temperature. | Request the selected pump curve and identify internal skid losses separately. |
| Control boundary | Required pressure or flow control, sensor location and BMS interface. | Agree command ownership, alarms and response to a lost signal. |
| Service case | Duty, standby and maintenance operating cases. | Specify the required retained flow; pump count alone does not prove redundancy. |
| Installation | Connection drawing, access, lifting, electrical supply and drain arrangement. | Confirm the delivered envelope and site responsibilities in the offer. |
List the CDU or skid, connections, sensors, controls and accessories included in the offer. Allocate installation, water treatment, flushing, filling, electrical connection and commissioning to named project parties. Australian or New Zealand enquiry support does not imply local stock, on-site installation or an included service contract.
Request the controlled drawing, selected duty, component schedule and agreed factory test records. Confirm site electrical requirements and applicable conformity documentation for the offered configuration; a catalogue voltage or a pump arrangement is not proof of project compliance or redundancy.
Send the following conditions for a configuration-specific offer. Capacity, included equipment, documents, delivery terms and installation responsibilities must be confirmed in writing.

No. The catalogue load is a loop reference. Heat removal requires the other specified heat-transfer and heat-rejection equipment.
