In-Rack Liquid-to-Liquid CDUs

Review seven TC-CDU-L rack references for Australian and New Zealand equipment projects. Compare the catalogue dimensions and flow first, then check mounting, rear connections and rack service access.

Selection in brief

An in-rack liquid-to-liquid CDU places the heat-exchange and circulation interface within the rack envelope. It still needs facility-water connections, usable rack space, structural support and a verified external hydraulic duty for the connected equipment.

Reserve more than the nominal rack height

The chassis envelope does not include every installation allowance. Confirm rail arrangement, rack depth, connection projection, hose bend radius and withdrawal space. A nominal rack width or U height does not establish compatibility with a particular rack or OCP format.

Decide how the rack is isolated, drained and serviced without damaging adjacent electronics. Map supply and return connections and agree leak-detection ownership. Keep the facility circuit specification distinct from the coolant accepted by the server cold plates.

Agree the equipment and acceptance boundary

List the CDU or skid, connections, sensors, controls and accessories included in the offer. Allocate installation, water treatment, flushing, filling, electrical connection and commissioning to named project parties. Australian or New Zealand enquiry support does not imply local stock, on-site installation or an included service contract.

Request the controlled drawing, selected duty, component schedule and agreed factory test records. Confirm site electrical requirements and applicable conformity documentation for the offered configuration; a catalogue voltage or a pump arrangement is not proof of project compliance or redundancy.

Equipment selection enquiry

Request In-Rack Liquid-to-Liquid CDUs selection

Send the following conditions for a configuration-specific offer. Capacity, included equipment, documents, delivery terms and installation responsibilities must be confirmed in writing.

Prepare my enquiry by email

Opens an editable email checklist; nothing is sent automatically. Attach your drawings before sending. NDA arrangements can be agreed before you share confidential files.

Include these project inputs

  • Rack / rail drawing and allocated U space
  • Facility-water availability and technology-loop temperature targets
  • Server branch flow and differential-pressure requirements
  • Exact mating connections, hoses and leak-detection scope
  • Electrical connection, service sequence and delivery destination

ToneCooling Australia Pty Ltd coordinates Australian and New Zealand enquiries; manufacturing is in Huizhou, Guangdong, China. Include the destination postcode and required delivery date. Currency, freight, lead time and included inspection documents are confirmed in the quotation.

Engineering questions

Does a 482 mm chassis prove it fits any rack?

No. Rail geometry, depth, loads, fittings and service clearances still require verification against the actual rack drawing.
