Does the L120R AC 220 V label establish AU/NZ electrical suitability?

No. The catalogue supply label is a reference. Confirm the offered voltage range, frequency, earthing, connector and protection with the site electrical designer.

Check a 5U L120R against the available rack supply

The L120R lists a 120 kW capacity reference, 190 L/min and AC 220 V, 50/60 Hz. This catalogue label does not confirm the permitted voltage range, connector, protection or compatibility with an Australian or New Zealand installation.

Confirm clearance for the 870 mm listed body depth plus connections and service access. Compare the 5U L120R with the 4U L100R using actual coolant conditions and accepted duty, not only the small change in nominal capacity.

The technology loop transfers heat through a heat exchanger to facility water. Confirm both circuits; this CDU is not an independent refrigeration source.

Conceptual system boundary only. Connections, flow direction and controls require a project schematic.

Two circuit boundaries

Identify facility-water supply and return conditions separately from the technology-cooling supply and return conditions.

Rack fit

Check rack format, available height, mounting points and connections. A rack-height label alone does not establish fit.

Flow under a fault

Request the usable pump curve and operating point with the agreed redundancy state. Pump count alone does not prove full-duty redundancy.

Selection for the project location

Australia

For Australian AI and HPC racks, review facility-water availability during peak plant load and the technology-loop pressure budget, including hoses and quick disconnects.

New Zealand

For NZ integrators, request a rack drawing and confirmation of the facility-water boundary from the host site. Include the agreed commissioning and spares responsibilities.

Electrical configuration is a release item. Catalogue voltage and frequency options do not establish compatibility with the site supply. Confirm voltage range, phase, frequency, earthing, protection and the applicable product documentation before order.

Questions before ordering

Which records should accompany the TC-CDU-L120R quotation?

Ask for the selected duty point, pump curve with pressure available to the load, general arrangement, offered electrical configuration, controls point list and acceptance-test scope. Identify document revisions in the quotation.

Are the catalogue power, flow and temperature values a guaranteed single operating point?

No. Request a configuration-specific selection using your coolant, air or facility-water conditions and required external pressure. The listed references are not a substitute for an accepted performance curve or test.

Is this equipment stocked or installed locally?

Stock, installation, commissioning and response times must be confirmed in the quotation. This page does not promise local inventory or an on-site service network.

Can I select from the catalogue rating alone?

No. Confirm the operating conditions, mechanical and electrical interfaces, fluid properties and acceptance test. Catalogue references must match the quoted configuration.

Can the same enquiry cover a New Zealand project?

Yes. Include the New Zealand delivery location, site conditions and required documentation so that supply and service responsibilities can be agreed.
