3. ToneCooling trade marks
The following are trade marks of ToneCooling Australia Pty Ltd or our parent ToneCooling group, used under the Trade Marks Act 1995 (Cth):
- TONECOOLING — registered or pending trade mark for liquid cooling cold plates and related products and services
- ToneCooling Australia — trading name registered with ASIC
- Precision Thermal Management — tagline used in conjunction with the ToneCooling brand mark
- TC-1P104S — product designation for our flagship BESS cold plate
- Stylised circular T+C logo mark (red/blue gradient with ToneCooling Australia wordmark)
Use of ToneCooling trade marks without our written permission is prohibited, except for descriptive purposes (e.g., in reviews, comparisons, or news reporting consistent with the Trade Marks Act 1995).
4. Third-party trade marks (descriptive use)
The following third-party trade marks appear on this website for descriptive purposes — to identify the platforms, modules, or standards our cold plates support, or to identify customer applications and CDU/component vendors. Their use is descriptive and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with ToneCooling Australia. All third-party trade marks are owned by their respective holders.

5. Process IP
The TLP (Transient Liquid Phase) diffusion bonding process used at our IATF 16949-aligned partner facility in Huizhou is proprietary to the ToneCooling group and protected under our invention patents (plus utility model patents) covering cold plate manufacturing and joining processes. Customer-specific design IP exchanged under NDA is owned by the customer; the underlying ToneCooling process IP is owned by ToneCooling and not transferable.
6. AS/NZS standards designation
"AS/NZS" is the joint Australia / New Zealand standards designation. Specific standards (AS/NZS 5139, AS/NZS 4777, AS/NZS 60068-2-14, AS/NZS 60529, AS/NZS 3000, etc.) are owned by Standards Australia and Standards New Zealand. Their reference on this website is descriptive — to identify standards our cold plates are design-aware to — and does not imply endorsement.
