TEC Liquid Cold Plate for Australia & New Zealand

Review the T-HS202332 cold-plate reference as a liquid-cooled interface within your thermoelectric assembly. Establish which side of the TEC is cooled and define the complete heat-rejection duty.

How do I calculate the heat a TEC hot-side cold plate must remove?

At steady state, hot-side heat equals the heat pumped from the cold side plus TEC electrical input: Qhot = Qcold + Pelectrical. Specify the operating current and temperatures, then confirm cold-plate and loop performance at that same point.

Application review for Australia and New Zealand

For AU/NZ laboratory and instrument OEMs, separate this component from a finished refrigerated laboratory cold stage. The liquid circuit, controller and TEC module are separate unless explicitly included. Hot-side heat includes the pumped heat plus TEC electrical input.

Define hot-side duty before quotation

A thermoelectric module moves heat from its cold side while adding electrical input. For a steady-state hot-side balance, Qhot = Qcold + Pelectrical. State the TEC operating current and temperatures so the cold plate and external loop can be assessed at the same condition.

Supply and project responsibilities

Australian customer communication

ToneCooling Australia Pty Ltd coordinates enquiries for Australian and New Zealand customers. Manufacturing is in Huizhou, Guangdong, China.

Quoted supply boundary

Confirm equipment, fittings, coolant, documentation, freight destination and commissioning responsibility. Local stock and on-site service are not implied.

Configuration-specific evidence

Request the relevant drawings and inspection records. Site approvals, installation and system-level compliance remain separate from a component catalogue description.

Prepare your enquiry

Send the conditions that determine the design.

Include your company, delivery country and postcode, project stage, prototype quantity and forecast demand. Confirm quotation currency and delivery terms in the commercial offer.

Technical inputs

  • TEC model, side of use and operating current
  • Heat to reject and target temperatures
  • Contact area, TIM and clamping
  • Coolant, inlet temperature and pump curve
  • Condensation control responsibility

Questions before ordering

Which records should accompany the TEC cold plate quotation?

Ask for a controlled interface drawing, wetted-material list, coolant and pressure limits, thermal or flow-test conditions and agreed acceptance criteria. Identify the supplied accessories and document revisions in the quotation.

Is this equipment stocked or installed locally?

Stock, installation, commissioning and response times must be confirmed in the quotation. This page does not promise local inventory or an on-site service network.

Can I select from the catalogue rating alone?

No. Confirm the operating conditions, mechanical and electrical interfaces, fluid properties and acceptance test. Catalogue references must match the quoted configuration.

Can the same enquiry cover a New Zealand project?

Yes. Include the New Zealand delivery location, site conditions and required documentation so that supply and service responsibilities can be agreed.
