Frequently asked questions
What is the AU lead time and duty for GB200 cold plates?
Prototype and production lead times are agreed at quotation, door-to-door from Huizhou to Australian capitals. AU import duty is typically 0–5 % under ChAFTA (HS 8419 / 8537); DDP itemises duty, GST and clearance.
Does the GB200 cold plate support NVL72 racks?
Yes. The GB200 Bianca cold plate is manifold-ready for NVL72 rack-scale deployment, OCP DC-MHS manifold pitch, dry-break quick-disconnects.
How is GB200 cold plate quality verified?
Every production unit is helium-leak tested to ≤ 1×10⁻⁹ mbar·L/s and 100 % ultrasonic C-scan inspected. Batch validation at 25 ± 2 °C pure-water inlet and 2.5 L/min gives a 35 ± 5 kPa pressure drop with the cold plate surface below 43 °C. Leak, pressure-holding and pressure-drop records and PPAP 1–5 are available on request.
Is there a GB200 cold plate datasheet?
Yes. The ToneCooling Australia datasheet for part TC-BZP-GB200-01A (Rev A) lists heat load (1,200 + 1,200 + 300 W), T2 copper, nitrogen-protected brazing + laser welding, 2.5 L/min, 35 ± 5 kPa, 0.6 MPa and 235 × 190 × 30 mm. Download the PDF.
Where are GB200 cold plates made and supported?
Designed and manufactured at our IATF 16949-aligned facility in Huizhou, Guangdong, China; AS/NZS documentation and engineering support from Carlton, Victoria.
