Review TC-IPS-600 for a defined circulation loop, including low-load operation, DN150 interfaces and maintenance access. Prepare the operating cases before requesting an Australian or New Zealand project quotation.

Selection in brief
TC-IPS-600 is the smallest listed IPS skid, with a 2000 L/min flow reference, 600 kW loop reference and DN150 nominal connections. Its smaller catalogue envelope can support layout comparison, but it still needs a separate heat-rejection path and a confirmed hydraulic selection.
Check smaller-loop turndown and the DN150 transition
The listed envelope is 2000 × 1400 × 2000 mm and catalogue mass is 600 kg. If the site header uses the DN200 reference shown on larger IPS models, include any reducers and their losses in the piping review. Do not assume adapters, flexible connections or supports are included with the skid.
Small initial loads can create an operating case quite different from the final design. The 40–100% catalogue adjustment range does not demonstrate operation below that range or a safe no-flow condition. Define the minimum active branch, bypass requirements if any, loss-of-flow response and start/stop sequence with the connected equipment supplier.

TC-IPS-600 versus TC-IPS-1000: what to compare
The catalogue first envelope dimension reduces from 2200 mm for IPS-1000 to 2000 mm for IPS-600; nominal connections change from DN200 to DN150. Confirm reducers, isolation and maintenance space before treating IPS-600 as a layout alternative.
Comparison uses the catalogue references listed on the pump skid series page and its linked model datasheets. Figures are not a project performance guarantee. Confirm controlled document revisions before procurement.

Agree the supply and acceptance scope
List the equipment, connections, controls, sensors and accessories included in the offer. Assign installation, flushing, filling, electrical connection and commissioning to named project parties. Local enquiry support does not imply local stock, an included service contract or on-site installation.
Request the offered electrical schedule and applicable conformity documents for your Australian or New Zealand site. Catalogue voltage, pump count and fan arrangement do not independently establish compliance or the required retained duty during a fault.

Engineering question
Is a smaller IPS model automatically suitable for a pilot loop?
No. Suitability depends on the minimum and maximum flow, pressure, control stability and connected equipment limits, not the model size alone.
