Frequently asked questions
What does the 1500 W rating mean?
It is the plate’s rated heat-dissipation capacity at the tested condition: pure water coolant, 30°C inlet, 2 LPM flow, surface temperature held at or below 45°C.
What if 1500 W is not the right heat load for my module?
What coolant should be used?
Rated performance is tested with pure water at 30°C inlet. Data-center loops following ASHRAE W55 water quality are supported; alternative coolants are reviewed during DFM.
What flow rate does it need?
2 LPM at 8 kPa plate-level pressure drop under rated load. Your pump budget and manifold layout are checked against this during engineering review.
Can the design be customized?
Yes. Port locations, hose routing, mounting pattern, and surface finish are customized from your drawings. CFD simulation validates the change before tooling.
What is the Quantity and lead time?
Prototype orders start from 1 piece with a 4–6 week prototype lead time from approved drawing and PO; production runs 6–8 weeks.
What is the lead time and duty for TC-series cold plates into Australia?
Prototype and production lead times are agreed at quotation, door-to-door from Huizhou to Australian capital cities. AU import duty is typically 0–5 % under ChAFTA (HS 8419 / 8537); DDP terms itemise duty, GST and clearance.

Request a QuoteHow the TC-1500 compares with related models
Compared with the TC-1000, the TC-1500 differs in heat dissipation (1500 W vs 1000 W), thermal resistance plate, rated point (≤0.01 °C/W — calculated as (surface-temperature limit − coolant inlet) / heat load: (45 − 30)°C / 1500 W vs ≤0.015 °C/W — calculated as (surface-temperature limit − coolant inlet) / heat load: (45 − 30)°C / 1000 W).
By heat dissipation, the TC-1500 is rated at 1500 W; the next lower rating in this range is the TC-1000 (1000 W). Select on the confirmed duty point rather than on the headline rating alone.
