Room heat balance
Include the IT load and equipment losses in the room cooling assessment. Confirm the air temperature at the CDU intake, not only the room thermostat.
Assess the TC-CDU-A15R for Australian and New Zealand integration. The catalogue lists 15 kW, 25 L/min and a 482 × 870 × 443 mm envelope; confirm the simultaneous duty and installed configuration.

Reserve the listed 10U rack allocation and verify the offered mounting, service access and air path. A nominal 15 kW catalogue tier does not prove the heat rejection available at the project entering-air and coolant conditions.
The A15R lists 15 kW, 25 L/min, 10U and 75 kg. For an AU/NZ laboratory or pilot rack, define the actual heat load, room temperature range and operating schedule before selecting this tier.
Compared with the 6U A6R, the A15R requires more rack height and a separate airflow review. Request cooling performance at the hottest expected entering air and check how loss of room cooling affects the server-loop temperature.
Conceptual system boundary only. Connections, flow direction and controls require a project schematic.
Include the IT load and equipment losses in the room cooling assessment. Confirm the air temperature at the CDU intake, not only the room thermostat.
Reserve the specified rack height, depth and mass allowance. Check rails, hose routing and maintenance access against the actual rack drawing.
Agree filling, venting, leak response and the sequence for connecting a live server loop before installation.

Confirm coolant properties, inlet/outlet conventions, pressure available to the load, mass basis and offered electrical configuration in the accepted selection.

For Australian server rooms and research labs, select against the hottest expected indoor intake condition during operation. Outdoor summer temperature alone is not the CDU inlet condition.
For a New Zealand pilot or enterprise rack, specify room cooling availability, rack dimensions and service ownership with the same detail as the IT load.

ToneCooling Australia Pty Ltd coordinates enquiries for Australian and New Zealand customers. Manufacturing is in Huizhou, Guangdong, China.
Confirm equipment, fittings, coolant, documentation, freight destination and commissioning responsibility. Local stock and on-site service are not implied.
Request the relevant drawings and inspection records. Site approvals, installation and system-level compliance remain separate from a component catalogue description.
Include your company, delivery country and postcode, project stage, prototype quantity and forecast demand. Confirm quotation currency and delivery terms in the commercial offer.

Ask for the selected duty point, pump curve with pressure available to the load, general arrangement, offered electrical configuration, controls point list and acceptance-test scope. Identify document revisions in the quotation.
No. Request a configuration-specific selection using your coolant, air or facility-water conditions and required external pressure. The listed references are not a substitute for an accepted performance curve or test.
Stock, installation, commissioning and response times must be confirmed in the quotation. This page does not promise local inventory or an on-site service network.
No. Confirm the operating conditions, mechanical and electrical interfaces, fluid properties and acceptance test. Catalogue references must match the quoted configuration.
Yes. Include the New Zealand delivery location, site conditions and required documentation so that supply and service responsibilities can be agreed.
