Liquid-cooled server racks for AI and HPC deployments

A liquid-cooled server rack is a reinforced cabinet built to carry manifolds, hoses, PDUs and heavy direct-to-chip servers. ToneCooling TC-LCR racks come in 42U and 47U, 600 mm wide and 1200 or 1400 mm deep, with a 3000 kg static load rating, pipe routing below and cable routing above.

Models

What sizes do liquid-cooled server racks come in?

All models are 600 mm wide. Choose the depth to suit your server chassis and rear manifolds, and the height to suit the room.

Construction

What makes a liquid-cooled server rack different?

Frame

3000 kg static load

A welded and assembled frame with reinforcing ribs resists vibration and deformation under heavy liquid-cooled server loads.

Routing

Pipes below, cables above

Bottom pipe routing and top cable routing keep coolant and power apart. Dual power supply and a drain tray come standard.

Protection

Leak alarm and drain tray

A water leakage alarm and drain tray protect the floor and the equipment below.

Install

Feet and casters

Adjustable feet and universal casters suit cement floors and raised access floors.

Service

Quick-detachable doors

Side and rear doors come off quickly for manifold and hose access.

Integration

Pre-fitted hardware

Racks can be supplied with manifolds, PDUs, busbar and hoses fitted, ready to connect to the CDU.

Complete rack package

Can the rack, manifolds and CDU come from one supplier?

Racks are most useful when they arrive as a tested assembly. Combine the TC-LCR with:

  • Rack manifolds: quick-disconnect or blind-mate. Manifolds
  • Quick disconnects and hoses, colour-coded supply and return. QDs & hoses
  • Rear door heat exchanger for the residual air heat. Rear doors
  • Server cold plates for GB300, GB200, H200 and CPU platforms. GPU cold plates

Loading and floor checks

A full liquid-cooled AI rack is much heavier than an air-cooled one. Check the floor loading of raised access floors and the delivery path (lifts, ramps, door heights) before you fix the rack height.

TC-LCR racks have a 3000 kg static load rating. Send us the server list and we'll estimate the loaded rack weight against your floor rating.

FAQ

Liquid cooling rack questions

1200 mm or 1400 mm deep?

Choose 1400 mm when long AI server chassis, rear manifolds and PDUs all have to fit behind the servers with room for hose bends. Choose 1200 mm for shorter chassis or where floor space is tight.

Can the rack be supplied with manifolds and hoses fitted?

Yes. We can fit manifolds, hoses and PDUs before shipment so the rack arrives ready to connect. That means fewer joints made on site.

Can it take a rear door heat exchanger?

Yes. Our rear doors are matched to 600 × 1200 mm racks. For 1400 mm deep racks, confirm the door fit at quotation.

Where are the racks supplied from?

ToneCooling supplies the racks from China. ToneCooling Australia handles selection, AUD quotes, documentation, customs and after-sales.

How much weight can a liquid-cooled server rack carry?

TC-LCR racks have a 3000 kg static load rating. Check the floor loading and the delivery path against the fully loaded rack weight before you choose the rack height.

Do you supply data centre racks in Australia?

Yes. TC-LCR data centre racks are supplied to Australian projects in 42U and 47U heights, built for liquid cooling with manifolds, hoses and PDUs. ToneCooling Australia in Carlton VIC handles quotes, documentation and after-sales.
