Review TC-CDU-L2000C for an AU/NZ data-centre liquid-cooling project. Define facility-water conditions, technology-loop limits and equipment responsibilities before selecting a 2 MW-class catalogue reference.

Selection in brief
TC-CDU-L2000C is an in-row liquid-to-liquid CDU with a 2000 kW catalogue capacity reference and a 3200 L/min flow reference. Its facility-water and technology-cooling loops need separate temperature, pressure and fluid specifications. A separate facility heat-rejection system is still required.
Define both sides of the liquid-to-liquid interface
The catalogue gives FWS 35/45°C, TCS 40/50°C and a 5 K approach reference. Ask for a selection that states inlet and outlet conventions, fluid properties, flow on each side and the simultaneous accepted heat duty. A single 3200 L/min entry does not specify both loops or independently reconcile every listed thermal field.
The 1200 × 1500 × 2200 mm cabinet and 2200 kg mass reference need a site access and floor-loading review. Identify heat exchanger servicing, filter replacement and pump removal space. The 1+1 pump arrangement does not establish end-to-end system redundancy; specify retained duty during maintenance and the facility-side failure response.

Confirm the document revision, fluid, temperatures, measurement boundaries, dimension orientation and mass basis in the accepted selection.
TC-CDU-L2000C versus TC-CDU-L1000C: what to compare
L2000C lists a 1200 × 1500 × 2200 mm envelope and 3200 L/min flow; L1000C lists 1200 × 1500 × 2000 mm and 1800 L/min. Confirm dimension orientation on the controlled drawings. Both have FWS 35/45°C and TCS 40/50°C reference pairs. Confirm flow on both sides and accepted duty; the catalogue figures do not by themselves establish a like-for-like system upgrade.

Agree the supply and acceptance scope
List the equipment, connections, controls, sensors and accessories included in the offer. Assign installation, flushing, filling, electrical connection and commissioning to named project parties. Local enquiry support does not imply local stock, an included service contract or on-site installation.
Request the offered electrical schedule and applicable conformity documents for your Australian or New Zealand site. Catalogue voltage, pump count and fan arrangement do not independently establish compliance or the required retained duty during a fault.
Opens an editable email checklist; nothing is sent automatically. NDA arrangements can be agreed before confidential drawings are shared.
Include these project inputs
FWS and TCS inlet/outlet temperatures and fluid products separately
Required heat duty and flow/pressure budget on each side
Rack interface limits, filtration and water-quality requirements
Pump unavailable case, alarms and shutdown ownership
Floor loading, cabinet access and electrical/conformity documentation
ToneCooling Australia Pty Ltd coordinates Australian and New Zealand enquiries; manufacturing is in Huizhou, Guangdong, China. Currency, freight, delivery schedule and included inspection documents are confirmed in the quotation.
Engineering question
Can L2000C replace the outdoor heat-rejection plant?
No. It transfers heat between liquid circuits. The facility circuit must carry that heat to separately specified heat-rejection equipment at conditions compatible with the CDU selection.
